This legislation helps employers hire and retain workers who often struggle to access job opportunities. WOTC is a time tested and highly successful program and significant financial benefits both to the Federal Government and every State, and those benefits cannot continue until the program is extended.   I urge you to include this legislation in reconciliation as the most expedient way to put it back into service for employers and their communities.
